The Sting is Southern Polytechnic State University’s newspaper, run by students, written by students, designed by students, for students. We report campus news, sports, safety issues, movie and video game reviews, and anything our student body is interested in. This year, The Sting won the Georgia College Press Association award for improvement. I’m proud to say I am a part of the team that helped to win this award by improving the design of our newspaper.
